I'm a Psychotherapist and a mum of two boys. On Instagram, I'm known as @mamas_scrapbook
I'm hugely passionate about equipping and encouraging women to step into confidence through vulnerability.
One of the most pertinent journeys I have been on has been to challenge my need to please everyone, my personal shame around my own mess and harbouring secret social anxiety. Challenging these things has changed me almost unrecognisably. My boundaries, relationships, sense of self worth and ability to speak confidently have grown in ways that affect every aspect of my life.
I have put my personal and professional insight into The Nice Girl Course. I'm excited to support and challenge others to embark on this journey to become stronger and more aware of their own value and voice.
